Main areas of responsibility:
Demonstrating an inclusive approach to teaching and learning for all pupils.Collaborating with a team of four teachers to plan and prepare exciting, engaging lessons.Teaching according to the educational needs of the children in the class.Disseminating high-quality teaching pedagogy and practices to ensure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning.Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils' development, progress, and attainmentMaintaining a dynamic and inspiring learning environmentEmbracing innovation, motivation, and eagernessCommitting to ongoing professional developmentContributing to the wider life of the schoolPossessing good interpersonal skills and working well as part of a teamTo be considered for this role, you must have:
