Main areas of responsibility:

Demonstrating an inclusive approach to teaching and learning for all pupils.

Collaborating with a team of four teachers to plan and prepare exciting, engaging lessons.

Teaching according to the educational needs of the children in the class.

Disseminating high-quality teaching pedagogy and practices to ensure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning.

Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils' development, progress, and attainment

Maintaining a dynamic and inspiring learning environment

Embracing innovation, motivation, and eagerness

Committing to ongoing professional development

Contributing to the wider life of the school

Possessing good interpersonal skills and working well as part of a team

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A recognised QTS qualification

Experience of teaching KS2 pupils in a primary school setting

A good understanding of the National Curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive and flexible attitude

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
