Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst (Organisational Design)

£450 per day - INSIDE IR35 - 6 months initial contract - Remote with travel to London/M4 Corridor

My client is undergoing a complex organisational restructure and as such we are seeking an additional Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst to gather HR data from the Oracle Cloud HCM system

Responsibilities

• Work with the programme management team to provide analysis of the HR data and ensure details are clearly articulated for the organisation design approval committee
• Create org charts to support each phase of the project, from design, change control to implementation
• Provide data support to other members of the project team including modelling cost of change (severance, recruitment, training) to give a rounded and informed to senior stakeholders
• Working with our recruitment partners and senior HR stakeholders, prepare and manage the creation of vacancies within the HR system with appropriate handoff to recruitment workstreams to commence sourcing of candidates
• Responsible for the provision of accurate and timely HR Data to support all stages of the process, including reporting on design, leavers, vacancy progress and other ad-hoc requests from stakeholders, and overseeing the development of additional reporting capability required by the program
• Work with finance stakeholders to create an efficient and accurate means of reporting progress from a people and cost perspective, ensuring accountabilities and ownership is clearly defined
• Oversee the execution of the creation of the new organisation within the HR system. Including termination of leavers, creation of positions and the associated employee movements, utilising the HR Systems and Reporting team where required
