• Business Analyst for GRS Duty Management System Implementation
• Hybrid Working (2 days working in Gloucestershire)
• £400 - Outside IR35
• 6 months

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team for the implementation of the GRS Duty Management System.

In this role, you will be the key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into functional specifications. Your expertise will drive the successful deployment and integration of the GRS Duty Management System, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.

As a Senior Business Analyst your key responsibilities will be;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and workflows for the GRS Duty Management System.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will have the following experience;

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in GRS Duty Management system or duty management or related systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in business process mapping and project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Public Sector/Government experience required
