Regulatory BA (IFRS/GAAP Accounting ) (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK
Looking for Business Analyst who is ready to work in financial/banking domain to build and enhance a regulatory calculation software application for IFRS/GAAP accounting requirements.
Must have skills: GAAP accounting, IFRS accounting, SQL + Regulatory Requirements, Standards and Procedures
At least 5+ years working as a Functional Analyst/Business Analyst on Financial Regulatory Reporting (FINREP) incl. validation rules/XBRL, best case with Data foundation/Finance Data Model and experience on transforming data from Back Office into reporting templates or similar structures and understands how to analyze a report, see deltas to others
Strong experience and knowledge of the FinRep regulatory reporting (IFRS/GAAP), all financial instruments (like Bonds, Derivatives etc),
Experience in manual testing and regression testing
Technical affinity with relational databases and query languages (SQL)
Experience and/or knowledge of Datamodelling and Datamodelling concepts
IT minded & proficient with the common Office Tools
Ability to work in a dynamic, agile project environment under time-sensitive deadlines
