Our client, a travel business, requires an experienced Senior/Lead Finance Process Business Analyst with in-depth experience of business process modelling of SAP S/4 HANA Finance, Central Finance, R2R, OTC, P2P, Treasury, Tax modules for an SAP finance upgrade. Reporting into the Programme Director you will ideally possess accountancy qualifications to develop business process models across finance, deliver GAP Analysis and develop validated solutions. Experience of Blackline would be beneficial.

Services Delivery Overview:

• Business process modelling for SAP S/4HANA Finance, OTC, P2P, Tax, Treasury processes.
• Business process modelling consultancy around tool selection for the exercise.
• Gap fit analysis facilitation and provision of good business practice advice.
• Solution design validation against business process model blueprint and any approved gaps.

Specific Deliverables:

• Business Process Models: Validated business process models.
• Deliver Gap Analysis: Validated, minimized approved gaps to be solutioned, per market in scope.
• Validated Solution: Business sponsor approval of solution design.

Expertise and Attributes Required:

• Financial or Management Accounting qualification.
• In-depth and demonstrated delivery of business process analysis services in the context of an SAP S/4 HANA landscape transformation, and in large scale, global or multinational programmes.
• Previous industry sector service delivery experience within FMCG sector.
• Skilled communicator and facilitator with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders with clarity, able to drive fragmented perspectives to a consensus.
• A commitment to the highest quality of results, delivered with unstinting commitment to tight and challenging deadlines.
