HR Generalist/HRBP Up to £30 per hour

A leading energy technology company that provides solutions for energy and industrial sectors worldwide is looking for a HR Generalist/HRBP. They offer a wide range of products and services, including oilfield equipment, digital solutions, and industrial applications, helping customers to enhance efficiency, reduce emissions.

You will be the primary point of contact for managers and staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support for individual needs as well as HR processes. Designed for use in organizations implementing the HR Partnership Model. You will be supporting the clients group mainly within the manufacturing.

Skills:
-3 - 4 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
