Process-driven Assistant Site Manager required for a commercial fit-out construction company in London

Your new role
As an Assistant Site Manager, your role will be pivotal in managing all process facets of our construction projects. You will collaborate with the Site Managers to ensure all work is executed to the highest standards, within the agreed timeline and budget. Your daily tasks will encompass overseeing operations on site, coordinating with trades and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a solid background in a similar role, within the construction sector. Experience with Procore software is essential, and you should possess a process-driven approach to work. You will also have experience handling submittals and other site administration tasks. Excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to troubleshoot under pressure, and a strong commitment to health and safety are required. A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field would be advantageous.
